Heidi Diller, RDN is a strategically focused, nutrition communications professional with over 25 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with an extensive background in supermarket nutrition marketing, weight management, children’s nutrition, heart-health and diabetes nutrition education. A mother of two college-aged boys, culinary enthusiast, and owner of Nutrition Inspired  Communication Inc, Heidi’s passion centers around making healthy eating fun and delicious. Her mission is to inspire others to try new foods by providing value-oriented solutions they can incorporate into their everyday lives.

Her passion for nutrition and food, combined with ten years supermarket experience, working for Albertsons and SUPERVALU, has made her a sought after speaker, media spokesperson and nutrition communications expert. During her tenure as a supermarket dietitian, she developed an award- winning, national nutrition store tour for children, a proprietary nutrition navigation shelf tag program, appeared in over 900 media interviews locally and nationally including the Tyra Banks Show, KABC and CBS/KCAL in Los Angeles, NBC in San Diego, FOX News and The MORE show in Las Vegas, Good Things Utah and KARE in Minneapolis.

Diller has presented lectures to organizations locally and nationally including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) Food Nutrition Conference and Expo as well as at the Food and Marketing Institute (FMI) National Convention.

She is also the creator of the award winning health and recipe blog Body of Eve.

Heidi is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Food Administration. She completed her internship at Northridge Hospital in Los Angeles. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), California Dietetic Association, Dietitians in Food and Culinary,Supermarket Dietitian, Dietitians in Business and Communications Practice Groups and Slow Food USA.
